The coverage extension of a Travel Assistance Voucher is subject to evaluation and written approval by Thalo Assist.
The issuance of a Voucher without the approval of Thalo Assist will be considered void without the right to coverage or refund of premium.

In the case of extension for multi-trip annual plans, submit the following documents:

• Photo of the passport of each passenger that is going to extend.
• Photo of the complete and legible sheet with the stamp of the last departure from the country of origin of each passenger who is going to extend.
• Photo of the complete and legible Sheet with the stamp of the last entry to the destination country of each passenger that is going to extend.
